Terms of Service

What the service does

You describe an icon set, the service generates SVG icons with an AI model, and you can edit, version and export them. Generation and AI edits consume credits. New accounts receive a starting balance of free credits.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One person or organisation per account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy page.

Credits and payment

Credits are prepaid and are consumed when the service does AI work for you. They do not expire. If an AI operation fails, the credits it cost are returned automatically — the service does not charge for work it did not deliver. Prices are shown before you commit to a purchase, and payments are handled by Stripe.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. For refunds of a purchase, contact legal@iconzzi.com.

AI output

Icons are produced by a machine learning model. Output varies between runs, can be wrong, can misread your brief, and can resemble existing designs. Nothing about it is guaranteed to be accurate, original, unique or suitable for any particular purpose. Review what you generate before you use it, particularly anywhere it matters.

The service validates that generated files are safe, editable vector markup — scripts, event handlers and embedded raster images are rejected — but it does not and cannot verify that a design is free of third-party rights.

Who owns what

You keep whatever rights you have in the briefs you write and the icons you generate, and you may use them commercially. Salem Shadfan operating as Iconnzi claims no ownership of them. The service itself — the software, the interface and the branding — remains its owners'.

Rights in AI-generated output are unsettled in many countries, and your use is also subject to the terms of the AI provider behind this deployment. If that matters to your use, take your own advice.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to infringe someone else's rights, to generate content that is illegal where you are, to impersonate a brand you have no right to, or to attack the service itself — including probing other accounts' data, evading rate limits or automating abuse. Accounts doing these things can be suspended.

Copyright complaints

This service does not publish user content: packs are private to the account that made them, so there is no public library to take content down from. If you believe something generated here infringes your rights, write to legal@iconzzi.com with enough detail to identify the work and the account, and it will be investigated.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as it is, without warranties. It may be unavailable, and AI providers it depends on may fail. Keep your own copies of anything you care about — export is free and unlimited. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.

Changes

These terms may change as the service does. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
